REFUND POLICY

Pouring our heart, soul, and salivating passion into creating your Nooey, we’d love for you to be happy dancing whenever you purchase from us.
However, allergies can be nasty (and dangerous), and while we take great pride in upholding Nooey’s impeccable standards, we cannot be held responsible for erroneous purchases.
Please ensure that you take the time to familiarise yourself with all the ingredients and allergens in our products, as stated on our website and product packaging, prior to making a purchase so you can enjoy them responsibly.
Eligible conditions for refunds / exchange:
  • Your item arrived opened;
  • The items you received were faulty, missing or damaged during transit; or
  • The wrong items were sent.

Non-eligible conditions for refunds / exchange:
  • Change of mind or the taste didn’t meet expectations.

  • The item has been opened and sampled.

  • You’ve made an error in your order.

  • You didn’t familiarise yourself with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.

  • All sale items, giveaways, and/or gift cards.

Lost or damaged packages

Prior to confirming your order, please ensure you’ve provided accurate shipping information and delivery instructions (if any).

You’ll be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please be aware that your package may take longer than usual to arrive due to inevitable delays with shipping providers, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

While lost packages are a rare occurrence this does happen from time to time. Your package may be considered lost if you have not received it within 4 weeks (for packages within Australia) or 8 weeks (for international packages). 

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local shipping provider to report the missing or lost package, and let us know by emailing hi@nooey.co. We may replace lost packages at no charge after the above-specified amount of time has passed.

Any damaged item(s) purchased directly from our site are eligible for replacement. In order to receive your replacement, please ensure you complete the following:

  • Provide written notification as well as photographic evidence showing the stated damage within 1 business day of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once this period has passed.

  • Return the item(s) to us so we can issue your replacement.

How to return your item(s):
  1. Email us at hi@nooey.co within 1 business day of receiving your order with the subject line: 'RETURNS + your order number'.
  1. Provide us with the information below:
  • Your Name
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Reason for return or item to exchange
  • In the case of damaged item(s), please attach your photographic evidence of the stated damage.

We will then provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your returned item.

 

  1. Please package your item(s) into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging, ensuring everything is intact and any original delivery labels are covered.
  1. Please note that we do not offer free returns postage. For this reason, we highly recommend that you return your item(s) using a traceable service as they will remain your responsibility until safely received. Please keep your proof of postage and email us the tracking number/ link once shipped.
  1. Your refund or replacement item will be processed upon successful receipt of the item.
